MAINTENANCE OF GENERATORS

– Engine repair all brands on site or in workshop

• Replacement or reconditioning of components: turbochargers, injectors, water pumps, injection pumps, cylinder heads, liners, pistons, connecting rods, bearings, starters
• Work according to manufacturers’ recommendations and service conditions
• Conditional generator maintenance: adaptation of the maintenance plan to the use
• Repairs following damage (diagnosis and quotation are free)

– Alternator repair (rewinding)

– On-site load bank tests

We have all the necessary equipment to carry out tests on site:

• Resistive load banks (capacitive and inductive on particular uses)
• Circuit breakers
• Power recorder
• Tracing table for load impacts

– Re-engineering of equipment

• Re-engineering of all types of equipment using an internal combustion engine (generator set, motor pump set, compressors, locotractors)
  Identical engine replacement
• Adaptation of a new type of engine: adaptation of engine mounts, coupling, cooling, exhaust and fuel supply systems

The list of control points of the operations and the periodicity is established engine by engine and visit by visit for a perfect adaptation to the needs
