On February 7, 2020, Flipo-Richir was able to testify at the second Forum des Acteurs de l’Energie pour l’Afrique about the direct benefits it has received since the last edition: the collaboration with the Agence Francaise du Développement on the rehabilitation of hydroelectric facilities, the subsidy from the Hauts de France region for its development program in hybrid energies, and the participation in the ProForElec program, which aims to train Guinean students in the field of industrial maintenance in the area of electrical engineering, in order to increase the number of recruitments in Guinea.
