Flipo Richir is also invested in training! Even during the lockdown period and during the health crisis we are going through, we must continue to train teams and customers.
Last month, we conducted a distance learning course on speed variation. The teams that participated were able to take part in a simulation under the same conditions as a face-to-face training session.
Indeed, the context of the Covid 19 health crisis has accelerated the deployment of new distance training methods that allow us to reach customers far from our bases, including abroad. We have thus deployed a new offer of personalized training on the latest products or techniques in the field of automation and speed variation.

FLIPO-RICHIR has a partnership agreement on France on the one hand but also on Guinea and Togo in exclusivity, in particular for HV motors in mining and for alternators in hydroelectric. This agreement allows FLIPO-RICHIR to propose total or partial repairs on site or in workshop with winding manufacturing standards at the level of the world leaders in rotating machines.
